Peace, harmony and happiness are in everyone if you adjust your consciousness of being. You won’t find it in ext. sources though people and things can help guide you if you have the eye/see, the ears/listen, the heart/feel and the mind/absorb/overstand. It gives you the strength of character to maintain integrity and take on challenges no matter how hard. It can’t be taken from you. Souls of tempered/purified light.

don’t hate, congratulate

some things i’ve learned in my thirty-something years of life:

- it takes more energy to hate than to love; it drains you, sucks you dry, consumes you to the point that if that is all you want to talk about, it’s only a matter of time when people won’t want to be around you anymore.

- you can’t just blame and point your finger at others for the things that happened in your life; you also have to look at yourself and analyze your own actions.

- you can lie all you want, but you are only fooling yourself.

- tell people what you want; they can’t read your mind. don’t ever assume that people know what you want. communicate even if you sound repetitive.

- love yourself, be confident (but don’t be cocky), take care of yourself first…and all else will follow.

- stop thinking about what others are doing, stop comparing yourself to them. start being productive with your goals even if you think you are not getting anywhere with them, it takes time but it all falls into place eventually.

- there is no substitution for hard work.

believe that
